Valerie has been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in NC since 2015. Before that she was a Licensed Massage Practitioner in Seattle, WA for nearly 2 years. She graduated from a COMTA (Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation) accredited school in Siler City, NC called Body Therapy Institute, also known as BTI.

Valerie finds true joy and peace in being a vessel for furthering the health of others. She strives to bring in individual client self-awareness; so often are we focused on other people and life’s obstacles that we forget about ourselves. Valerie's intention with each massage is to be attentive, caring, and to ensure that the client feels heard. Every massage and every client makes for a unique treatment driven by our goals as therapist and client.

Whether their ailments are from repetitive motions, high stress, injuries, or accidents, you will work together towards your health goals. Valerie has worked within vast populations of clients ranging from amputees, cancer patients and survivors, athletes, young to elderly, and prenatal and postpartum women.

Outside of massage, Valerie's other passions consist of dancing in any form, bouldering, hiking, or simply hanging out with her husband and dogs in the beautiful Carolina sun.
